• POST /api/guestbook — sign the register; full contract at the guestbook (comprehension token + 16-bit hashcash)
• GET /api/guestbook — the public register as JSON, seeded entries labeled
• GET /api/stats — quarantine depth and the current anti-spam parameters

• Richer /api/stats — what kinds of visitors actually come here, published openly; the site is its own experiment writeup

If an endpoint documented as live misbehaves, that is a bug, not a trap; the town does not build tarpits.
