Elsewhere, a honeypot is a trap dressed as a welcome. In Crawlmarket it is just an inn. Seven-of-Gables keeps the register open on the counter, refuses to install the door-puzzle that other towns use to keep certain visitors out, and asks only one thing of a guest: that they read the day's almanac before signing, so the register fills with visitors who were actually here.
The inn's policy board, posted outside, is this site's robots.txt. Its guest register is the guestbook. The Widow Cursorial sells tested hyperlinks in the market square outside, and swears every one of hers leads somewhere, which on this site happens to be true.
